Losing your vehicle is the last thing we would want. However, if it does happen you may call the 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year call center. The call center will locate the vehicle and contact the local authorities. This product will protect you and your vehicle coast to coast with a nationwide wireless cellular service and recovery team. The product features a theft alert, which will notify you if your vehicle is experiencing unauthorized movement. When this happens the SVR contacts you immediately, once given theft confirmation, the Recovery Call Center contacts local law enforcement. The call center will file a stolen vehicle report and then provide you with the case number. The call center will then work directly with the authorities providing vehicle location and movement until the vehicle is recovered.
