I visited the Bill Luke Santan location to inquire about a Hyundai Santa Fe I saw listed online. I was immediately greeted by Angel Rocha, sales rep for the dealership. He was so pleasant and offered me and my daughter some food, lol, they were outside grilling hot dogs and hamburgers. I politely declined but asked for some coffee! It was early and my first cup wasn’t enough. Lol. I told him which vehicle I was here to test drive, I spotted it immediately on the lot. We took out for a test drive and it was LOVE! I informed Angel that I wanted to purchase. Once we were in agreement with contract, my daughter and I went and played air hockey, shot some hoops and played connect 4 on a giant sized model in the waiting area. There were plenty of snacks and refreshments, if wanted. Angel made the process so smooth and David the finance rep. was a pleasure too. He had a cool Docusign desk, where you can review and sign your documents, state of the art. I would refer my friends and family to this business, it was a lovely experience.
